Vizio has launched the VL and VT Series, enhancing the performance of Full HD 1080p LCD HDTVs with 120Hz Smooth Motion II technology. The VL Series consists of four new models ranging from 32" to 47." The VT Series consists of three new models ranging from 37" to 47."
Each model in the VL and VT Series incorporates Vizio's Smooth Motion II technology that refreshes motion picture images at twice the speed of standard 60Hz models, eliminating blur from fast-action movie sequences. Vizio's Mega Dynamic Contrast Ratio increases overall contrast ratio and picture quality, especially in brightly lit rooms.
The VL Series features SRS Labs TruSurround HD(TM), which uses a suite of processes to optimize the low frequency performance, ensure crisp and intelligible dialogue and cleaner bass tones, all while creating a realistic surround sound effect. The larger VL420M and VL470M models also incorporate SRS Lab's latest innovation, TruVolume HD(TM), which allows customers to set their volume level at a pre-defined position and regardless of content, there are no volume fluctuations. The VT Series employs SRS TruSurround XT for improved audio performance and life-like surround sound.
Each model is outfitted with multiple HDMI inputs for connectivity with DVD/Blu-ray players, digital cable and satellite set-top boxes, gaming consoles, and HD camcorders. The Game Port on the side of the set provides several inputs (including HDMI) for connection of portable devices.

- Select models include Pause It(R) Feature which allows consumers to Pause Live TV directly with built in memory and dynamic micro-processing technology
- Multiple HDMI 1.3 inputs for connectivity with high definition source devices including gaming consoles, and HD camcorders
