Speaker Bios: Brent Hamby is Principal at NextDB.net. He has been working as a software engineer, architect and entrepreneur for the past 10 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Brent has worked extensively in location based services for both GPS tracking and geo-spatial software companies as a Java and JavaScript AJAX architect. He has given countless technical presentations at geo-spatial software conferences and is a regular speaker at AJAX-related conferences (AJAXWorld, Mashup Camp). He graduated from UC Berkeley.
