Trigent to Present at Web Services Edge Conference in Boston on February 17

Tim Kinslow, Practice Manager at Trigent, Will Present "Migrating ASP to ASP.NET"

Trigent, a provider of software services and solutions for enterprise and commercial software clients, will take part in the Web Services Edge Conference & Expo to be held February 15-17 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Tim Kinslow, practice manager for Web-based solutions at Trigent, will present "Migrating ASP to ASP.NET" on Thursday, February 17 at 9 a.m. In this presentation, Kinslow will address how to choose a migration strategy that matches your business objectives and how to effectively plan for a successful migration. In addition, attendees will learn about the technical options and considerations faced during implementation and lessons learned from real-world ASP.NET migrations.

"Migration doesn't have to be an all-or-nothing proposition," said Kinslow. "Trigent classifies migrations into several distinct categories, based on factors such as the desired timeframe to achieve results and the strategic value the organization places on the move to .NET. During my presentation, I will be sharing with attendees Trigent's .NET Migration Matrix which illustrates five distinct approaches organizations can adopt to achieve a successful migration."

The conference, produced by SYS-CON Events, the world's leading producer of i-technology developer conferences and expositions, is geared primarily toward software developers, engineers and architects, with an increasing number of project managers and upper management staff.
