AGCO Launches Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Program Using Datalliance VMI Platform

Leading Manufacturer of Agricultural Equipment Using VMI to Help Dealers Manage Extensive Service Parts Inventories

CINCINNATI, OH -- (Marketwired) -- 03/28/14 -- Datalliance today announced that AGCO, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural equipment, has recently launched a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program for dealer-held service parts using the Datalliance VMI platform. AGCO already has over 150 dealer locations up and running on VMI, with that number expected to grow considerably over the coming year.
