North Bridge Invites Open Source Community to Discuss Key Findings from 2014 Future of Open Source Study

North Bridge Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm, together with Black Duck Software, the trusted partner for open source software adoption, management and governance, will unveil the findings of the eighth annual Future of Open Source survey during a webinar, “2014 Future of Open Source Survey Results Revealed,” scheduled for Thursday, April 3rd, at 2 p.m. ET.

Michael Skok, General Partner at North Bridge Venture Partners, together with Lou Shipley, CEO at Black Duck Software, and Jeffrey Hammond, Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, will provide a full report on the state of the open source industry as revealed by this year’s Future of Open Source findings as well as offer predictions for future trends. In its eighth year and built upon the foundation of the North Bridge and Black Duck partnership, the 2014 survey is the broadest to date with an unprecedented number of respondents and over 50 listed collaborators.

Open source influencers and executives looking for a sneak peek of the findings prior to the webinar, are also invited to join Michael and Lou at the Future of Open Source live dinner event taking place in Boston the night prior, Wednesday, April 2nd, at 7 p.m. ET, at Empire Restaurant in Boston.
