QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 03/20/13 -- IT professional services provider OSF Global Services announced today the delivery of OSF Integrator for Demandware and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, an easy-to-use integration plug-in that enables customer and order data from the Demandware® Commerce platform to be automatically synchronized into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The tool also has the ability to build custom reports directly in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, offering users a truly unique look into the browsing habits and purchasing behavior of their customers.
By capturing valuable data from the retailer's site on the Demandware Commerce platform and automatically uploading the information into Microsoft Dynamics CRM, this easy-to-use integration solution gives users the power to view customer records directly in Microsoft Dynamics, stay up-to-date on each customer's purchasing history, and provide a personalized shopping experience to each customer.
OSF Integrator for Demandware and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is the company's latest offering in the OSF Integrator line of products designed to convert commercial software into fully-integrated solutions. Gerard Szatvanyi, President and CEO of OSF Global Services, recognized the opportunity for integrating the two widely-used systems. "Ecommerce retailers need powerful solutions that allow them to manage interactions with their customers. Coupling the customer management functions of Microsoft Dynamics with the detailed data from Demandware Commerce offers users the best of both worlds."
The integration tool is available as a 30-day free trial providing one synchronization per day and allowing up to 50 orders per month. To ensure the solution is available to online retailers of all sizes and needs, a paid basic version is just $99.99 annually and provides one sync per day and up to 500 orders per month. A premium version for $129.99 annually allows 1500 orders per month and provides synchronizations up to six times per day.
