PORTLAND, OR -- (Marketwire) -- 03/06/13 -- Webtrends, the global leader in digital intelligence, today announced the appointment of John Harrison to vice president of Client Experience. Harrison brings more than 18 years of experience architecting innovative and successful brand and business strategies, with a focus on client relationship management. Most recently, Harrison served as president of Client Experience at Yesmail Interactive, where he was responsible for designing and delivering new market solutions to drive engagement.
In this new role, Harrison will lead the team responsible for working closely with clients on their digital marketing investments to improve conversion rates and reporting on digital marketing programs. The team collaborates with business stakeholders and technical staff across an organization to define, implement, test and provide best practices. Post deployment, they remain engaged to ensure the continued success of the programs and solutions in place.
