ACOM ANNOUNCES AN INDUSTRY BREAKTHROUGH WITH ONE SINGLE ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM SUPPORTING MULTIPLE COMPANIES AND MULTIPLE ERP SYSTEMS FOR MICROSOFT DYNAMICS GP AND SAGE ERP
ACOM Solutions, Inc., an industry leader in document and process automation software solutions, announced a new EZContentManager (EZCM) software release that offers Microsoft Dynamics® GP and Sage® ERP customers an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution in a single platform that supports organizations with multiple companies and multiple ERP Systems, centralizing visibility and control of documents and related business information.
“This is an extraordinary development for mid-market organizations who commonly struggle to manage the business information, processes and ERP output of the varied business environments that result from mergers, acquisitions and consolidations,” said Joseph Torano, ACOM’s Channel Division Vice President.
“Our EZCM Multi-Company release now gives company headquarters one single ECM platform for control and visibility of all of their information electronically, regardless of dissimilar business environments, processing needs or even different ERP systems. ACOM’s EZCM Multi-Company release now brings what was previously only available in Tier I organizations to the Tier II market… affordably, easily implemented and without leaving their Microsoft Dynamics GP or Sage ERP screens,” Mr. Torano added.
One central system with no compromise to individual company identity. ACOM’s EZCM now allows an organization’s divisions, separate companies or subsidiaries to be easily configured as their own unique domains, with separate vendors, customers, GL accounting, and multiple automated processing rules. No more need for multiple installations of software and costly customization.
Users may then access multiple company domains regardless of their ERP system, with individual security settings for each domain.
“This is an outstanding development for ACOM, our clients, partners and future customers. Our mission has been to bring the best document management and processing solutions to the markets we serve. Solutions that clearly provide the value organizations require with significant returns in increased productivity, efficiency and real bottom-line cost savings. This EZCM Multi-Company release provides a powerful platform for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Sage ERP mid-market companies to take real control of their information assets enterprise-wide… from financial management through any department without compromise to the individual business environments they serve,” says Patrick McMahon, ACOM’s President and CEO.
