The Company recorded a net and comprehensive loss for the three month period of $46,807 versus $45,949 for December 31, 2011, or ($0.00) per share versus ($0.00). Allowing for non-cash operating expense of $4,149 compared to $4,574 for December 31, 2011, the Company's operational cash flow was -$42,658 versus -$41,376 for December, 31 2011.
