REDMOND, Wash., Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Until April 1, 2013 any US-based company can take advantage of BitTitan's new automated onboarding solution, UserActivation for Office 365, to activate up to 250 users on Microsoft Office 365.
UserActivation streamlines the activation process to make it easy for users without any level of technical experience to move from any online email service to Office 365, Microsoft's most complete Office cloud service to-date, for small and midsize businesses.
BitTitan, Inc. is waiving its $299.99 one-time onboarding fee to showcase its new end-to-end onboarding solution, UserActivation for Office 365. The cloud-based service facilitates the adoption of Microsoft Office 365 for SMBs who find the onboarding process too cost-prohibitive or complex.
BitTitan's solution automates the entire activation process by determining which Office 365 plan is best suited based on user requirements, generating a custom migration plan, conducting a high-fidelity mailbox migration, and automatically performing DNS changes - all from a simple web interface. Anyone can leverage the simplified onboarding solution regardless of their IT background. More advanced users can use the services advanced features to customize the process and eliminate repetitive tasks associated with user activation.
"UserActivation streamlines the activation process to make it easy for users with any level of technical experience to move to Office 365 and start taking advantage of enterprise level productivity tools," said Geeman Yip, the company's CEO.
Microsoft Partners can also leverage the solution to onboard their customers to Office 365 while continuing to be identified as their customers' Office 365 Partner of Record for the purchase of the cloud service. "Our functionality allows partners to retain advisor residuals as the partner of record or own the subscription billing process of the sell Office 365 subscription directly," added Yip.
UserActivation leverages BitTitan's globally recognized data migration solution, MigrationWiz, to migrate email, calendars, contacts, tasks, and more depending on the source system during the onboarding process. Users have the option to purchase MigrationWiz licenses to migrate mailbox data and part of the activation process. Current MigrationWiz Partners can to take advantage of their cumulative tier discount in addition to the promotion.
