In this year's survey, readers were not allowed to pick Microsoft platforms in an effort to determine the most popular third party tools in hardware, software and services. In 2013, Redmond readers chose NetCom Learning for the Silver Best of the Best Readers Choice Awards for virtualization training vendor.
