Following three years of successful Apps World shows across several continents, this is the first time Apps World has travelled to San Francisco. With a focus on collaboration and networking, the interactive nature of the event is geared towards creating an environment for delegates to make valuable connections.
To that end, the organisers have launched Apps World Connect, an online networking tool that allows paid attendees to connect before the show, schedule meetings, engage with speakers and increase their social connections at the event.
Apps World also includes orchestrated speed networking sessions on both days, and an official show party at The Mezzanine, one of San Francisco downtown’s most popular venues, on the evening of Thursday 7 Feb. This exclusive evening soirée is free to attend for registered show delegates. Age 21+, make sure you bring your Apps World pass to be sure of entry.
Apps World founder and Six Degrees MD Ian Johnson said: “San Francisco hasn’t let us down in terms of enthusiasm. With over 6,000 pre registered attendees, this is looking set to be one of our best shows. The depth of technical expertise among the people we’ve been dealing with has been highly impressive, and we’re looking forward to meeting a lot of people, learning about where the apps industry is heading and the opportunities it has in store.”
