VoiceVault announces that their voice biometric identity verification solution is verified by Microsoft as having the ability to handle at least 1 billion authentication sessions per year.
This is a significant initiative in that it further establishes VoiceVault as an industry leader providing enterprise solutions that meet rigid standards of scalability, availability, and audit trailing. These standards are possible while providing business continuity and security that is designed into call center and smart device solutions. With the ability to handle a 1 billion biometric session throughput rate, the customer’s cost savings are considerable when utilizing a voice biometric identity verification solution as less hardware is needed to achieve identity verification response time goals.
This level of performance and scalability is an important VoiceVault distinguisher and demonstrates that the voice biometric component of a call center solution or smart device app will never be a bottleneck. The high volume capacity is enabled by Microsoft SQL Server 2012, a key architecture component of VoiceVault voice biometric identity verification solutions.
"As a voice biometric solution provider, it's vital that we have high levels of throughput designed-in," said Nick Wise, CTO for VoiceVault. "Identity verification is a key component in enterprise solutions and our customers expect it to perform at the highest levels. We're proud to be working with Microsoft in ensuring that voice biometrics is never a bottleneck."
