TUPELO, Miss., Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- At its regular quarterly meeting today, the Board of Directors of BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share. The dividend is payable April 1, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2013.

BancorpSouth earlier reported net income of $17.0 million or $0.18 per share for the fourth quarter of 2012.
