BALTIMORE, Jan. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Until recently, personal loans lenders enjoyed a notorious reputation for neglecting customers. "From unanswered phone calls to unacceptably rude customer service, the personal loans marketplace was literally termed "complaints galore," at least from the point of view of borrowers," says Anna Patel who has had her own share of frustrations with personal loans providers.

Customer dissatisfaction was at an all-time high when netpreneur Yonni Rossa launched his personal loans marketplace Loans.net. "I decided to establish a new benchmark for the industry, where the customer would come first," says Rossa.
Incidentally, Yonni's company did manage to establish a new standard for the rest of the companies to follow. Loans.net recently launched a dedicated customer support center that would address customer issues within a very short period of time. "We are fanatical about customer service," says Matthew, who is a personal loans support consultant with Loans.net.
Matthew has trained a dedicated team of personal loans customer support professionals at Loans.net. "Our team has a strict instruction to process and address all customer inquiries within three hours. We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to unanswered calls. You either help the customer or quit. It is as simple as that," explains Matthew.
Over the past few years, the Loans.net customer support team has answered over 50,000 customer support inquiries with over 98 percent satisfaction. "That is a benchmark which will be hard to outperform in the personal loans industry," says Yonni. We have simply added "service" back into the equation.
Providing excellent service is not just good for customers, it is good for business as well. It is no wonder Loans.net has been able to achieve and sustain a staggering 80 percent referral rate.
