WASHINGTON, Jan. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- As inauguration draws near, the host committee for the Ambassadors Inaugural Ball presented by GrupoMex (to be held at the Carnegie Library - directly adjacent to the official Inaugural Ball & Commander In Chief's Ball) has released details on the planned use of proceeds from the massive event.
