INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Are you a leading communications expert with a compelling story to tell or breakthrough information on the art of communication? The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Heritage Region is now accepting speaker proposals for its Eighth Annual Heritage Region Conference taking place October 13-15, 2013, at the Omni Severin Hotel in Indianapolis, IN.
Leaders in all areas of communication are encouraged to submit proposals on topics including internal and external communications, marketing, research and measurement, brand communication, social media, public relations, media relations, consulting and business development. Special emphasis will be placed on proposals that focus on case studies and interactive sessions.
The two-day professional development conference will feature a mix of approximately 20 break-out sessions, keynote addresses, and in-depth skills development sessions focusing on topics affecting today's business communicators. The conference draws an estimated 250 communicators, including entry-level practitioners to senior level communicators, from 17 or more states in the Midwest and northeast United States.
