Covanta Holding Corporation Fourth Quarter and Full Year Earnings Conference Call to Be Held on February 7, 2013

MORRISTOWN, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 01/17/13 -- Covanta Holding Corporation (NYSE: CVA) ("Covanta" or the "Company") will host a conference call at 8:30 AM (Eastern) on Thursday, February 7, 2013 to discuss its fourth quarter results.

A press release reporting Covanta's fourth quarter and full year results will be issued after the market closes on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 and will also be available in both the Newsroom and the Investor Relations sections of the Company's website.

The conference call will begin with prepared remarks, which will be followed by a question and answer session.
