Hoopla, a leading provider of performance optimization solutions, today announced the opening of its new San Jose, Calif. headquarters. Founded in the Philadelphia region, Hoopla chose to open a new location to meet the rapidly growing demand for its applications, which help companies build high-performance cultures by applying game mechanics to business processes.
Hoopla’s solutions are being rapidly adopted by sales teams, service organizations, call centers, and other organizations to motivate employees to perform their best while forging stronger teamwork.
“Silicon Valley is a hub of business opportunities, where a high-performance culture is the difference between success and failure,” said Mike Smalls, Founder and CEO of Hoopla. “As more companies seek ways to motivate employees and supercharge business processes, Hoopla is expanding to meet this demand. With the addition of our Silicon Valley office, we can now better serve our rapidly growing base of customers and partners from coast to coast.”
To support the new location, Hoopla is growing its Silicon Valley team, and currently has openings for a software engineer, customer success manager, and an inside sales rep. These professionals will join Hoopla’s highly experienced team of salespeople, technology developers, and motivational psychology specialists.
Hoopla’s software as a service (SaaS) applications are licensed for a subscription fee and are available on the Salesforce.com AppExchange.
