CDW LLC, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare, announced it has been recognized as the top technology vendor by law firms according to the International Legal Technology Association’s (ILTA) 2012 Technology Survey. This is the fifth consecutive year CDW has received this distinction.
The 2012 survey of ILTA members, which is representative of 487 firms, more than 90,000 attorneys and over 200,000 total users, found that respondents recognized CDW above any other vendor as doing an outstanding job in terms of product quality, support and pricing. A separate ILTA survey on Legal Technology Purchasing also identified CDW as a vendor that provides superior customer support and service.
“The results from this survey are a testament to the commitment CDW and our partners have to providing added value for customers,” said Christina Corley, CDW senior vice president, sales. “We are pleased to be working with the legal community and will continue providing ILTA members with high quality solutions and services to meet their unique practice needs.”
The ILTA Technology Survey is conducted to gather insight into ILTA members' use of and opinions on various technology products and services. ILTA membership includes firms and law departments of all sizes and areas of practice, with all sharing a common interest in finding the latest information about products and support services that impact the legal profession.
“ILTA is committed to maximizing the value of technology in the legal industry and providing quality, unbiased and accurate information to our members,” said Peggy Wechsler, ILTA Program Director. “We congratulate CDW that our members have recognized it as a leading technology provider year after year, and we are pleased to associate with such a quality partner.”
