NEW YORK and STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Longtime colleagues Joseph M. Pastore III , Leanne M. Shofi and William M. Dailey recently announced the formation of Pastore Shofi & Dailey, LLC, a law firm focused on securities and commercial litigation, which is now open in New York City and Stamford. Joining Mr. Pastore, Ms. Shofi and Mr. Dailey in practice initially are attorneys Paul Dehmel, Michael Zamat, Dennis Bishop, Jennifer Shufro, and law clerk Katherine Leisch (admission to New York bar is currently pending).
