Lenovo cierra adquisición de CCE en Brasil

Lenovo Group, líder mundial en PC y dispositivos móviles para Internet, ha anunciado que acaba de concretar la adquisición de CCE, ampliamente reconocido en Brasil como líder en PC y electrónica de consumo.

El cierre se llevó a cabo el 2 de enero 2013, a partir de la adquisición por parte de Lenovo del 100% de CCE en una operación que comprendió acciones de Lenovo y efectivo por un total de R$ 300 millones (aproximadamente u$s 147 millones al tipo de cambio de hoy).

Anunciada el 5 de septiembre, la adquisición duplica con creces la participación de Lenovo en el mercado de las PC en Brasil, el tercero en importancia a nivel mundial, y permite a la compañía ejecutar inmediatamente su concepto PC+ sustentado por una línea completa de productos para el consumidor en las cuatro pantallas: PC, tabletas, teléfonos inteligentes y televisores.
