Lenovo Fecha Aquisição da CCE no Brasil

Lenovo Group, um líder global em PCs e dispositivos móveis com internet, anunciou hoje que concluiu sua aquisição da CCE, amplamente conhecida no Brasil como uma líder em PCs e eletrônicos de consumo.

A conclusão ocorreu em 2 de janeiro de 2013, com a Lenovo adquirindo 100% da CCE em uma transação que consiste em ações e capital que totalizam R$ 300 milhões (aproximadamente US$ 147 milhões na taxa de câmbio de hoje).

Anunciada em 05 de setembro, a aquisição mais que dobrou a participação no mercado de PC da Lenovo no Brasil, o terceiro maior mercado de PC do mundo, e imediatamente colocou a companhia para realizar seu PC+vision com um conjunto completo de produtos de consumo além de todas as quatro telas - PC, tablet, smartphone e TV.
