(NasdaqGM: ARRY) announced today the sale of 2,700,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to the exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with Array's previously announced underwritten public offering of 18,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $3.65 per share. The total net proceeds to Array, including from the exercise of the over-allotment option, were $70.9 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated expenses. Jefferies & Company, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering, with Piper Jaffray & Co., Stifel Nicolaus Weisel and William Blair acting as co-managers.
