The trip to the El Conquistador Resort was originally established to promote and recognize individual's hard work, as well as discuss the yearly growth and future planning of the company. Among those receiving awards were, Amber Abrams recognized as the Administrator of the Year, Ahmad Hagler for Consistency Manager of the Year, and Sean Gustavson as Rookie Manager of the year. Rich Randall received a promotion to Regional Consultant and also won the Dave Parker Manager of the Year Award.

There were also 17 other managers who were awarded the coveted President's Cup Awards, all hailing from the Atlanta office. This particular award recognizes the top managers of the company, of 300 eligible managers these 17 individuals were chosen for their exemplary work throughout 2012. Selecting the award winners this year was not a simple process as the entire company has shown incredible growth since 2011.
