Unternehmen in Mittel- und Osteuropa mit hohem Mitarbeiterengagement erzielen laut Aon Hewitt bessere Geschäftsergebnisse

Aon Hewitt, ein auf Lösungen im Personalbereich spezialisiertes Unternehmen der Aon plc (NYSE: AON), hat die Ergebnisse seiner jährlichen Best Employers-Studie (Studie über die besten Arbeitgeber) für die Region Mittel- & Osteuropa (CEE) bekannt gegeben. Die besten Arbeitgeber jeder Region wurden nach Kategorien eingeteilt und bei einer Zeremonie in Sofia, Bulgarien, verkündet.

Die Forschung zeigt einen starken Zusammenhang zwischen hohem Mitarbeiterengagement und besseren Geschäftsergebnissen. Die Best Employers-Unternehmen in Mittel- und Osteuropa erreichen im Durchschnitt folgendes:

  1. Sie übertreffen ihre finanziellen Ziele (108% der EBITDA-Ziel-Realisierung gegenüber 93% bei den anderen Unternehmen).
  2. Sie haben eine geringere Mitarbeiterfluktuation (6% Fluktuation gegenüber 9% bei den anderen Unternehmen).
  3. Sie haben weniger Fehlzeiten (3,5 Tage/Mitarbeiter gegenüber 5,5 Tage/Mitarbeiter bei den anderen Unternehmen).

Die Studie, die Aon Hewitt seit 2001 in Mittel- und Osteuropa durchführt, würdigt Unternehmen, die sich von ihren Kollegen durch die hohe Qualität und Effektivität ihrer HR-Praktiken abheben, welche sich positiv auf die Geschäftsergebnisse auswirken. Die Studie befasst sich mit Perspektiven sowohl der Arbeitgeber als auch der Arbeitnehmer, wobei wirtschaftliche Indikatoren berücksichtigt werden, um ein vollständig objektives Bild zu erhalten.

Best Employers-Study 2012 - die Zahlen:

  1. Acht Länder: Bulgarien, Tschechische Republik, Ungarn, Litauen, Polen, Russland, Slowakei und die Türkei
  2. Über 400 Unternehmen 
  3. Über 250.000 teilnehmende Mitarbeiter, darunter 41.000 Führungskräfte

  5. 29 Best Employers (drei Ränge, je nach Unternehmensgröße)

Steigende Beteiligung der Arbeitnehmer

Die diesjährige Studie zeigte, dass das Niveau der Mitarbeiterbeteiligung in der CEE-Region seit 2011 um drei Prozentpunkte auf ein durchschnittliches Niveau von 58% angestiegen ist. Das höchste Niveau an Mitarbeiterengagement in der Region findet man in Bulgarien (67%), das niedrigste in Polen (48%). Bei Best Employer-Unternehmen erreicht das Engagement 80% und liegt damit 22 Punkte über dem regionalen Durchschnitt.

Trotz der Unterschiede bei dem Niveau des Mitarbeiterengagements zwischen den Ländern gibt es gemeinsame und unverwechselbare Qualitäten, die Best Employers von anderen abgrenzen. Magdalena Warzybok, CEE Engagement Practice Director bei Aon Hewitt, erklärte:
