Les entreprises d'Europe centrale et de l'Est ayant un taux d'engagement élevé de leurs salariés obtiennent de meilleurs résultats économiques que les autres, selon Aon Hewitt

Aon Hewitt, leader mondial du conseil en management et administration des ressources humaines (filiale du groupe Aon - NYSE:AON), a annoncé les résultats de son étude annuelle Best Employers pour la région d'Europe centrale et de l'Est (ECE). Le palmarès des premiers « Meilleurs employeurs » (Best Employers) pour la région a été annoncé pour chaque catégorie à l'occasion d'une cérémonie qui s'est tenue à Sofia, en Bulgarie le 29 novembre dernier.

L'étude révèle une très forte corrélation entre le niveau élevé d'engagement des salariés et une meilleure performance économique de l'entreprise. En moyenne, les entreprises de la région Europe Centrale et Europe de l'Est figurant dans le palmarès Best Employers :

  1. dépassent leurs objectifs financiers (108 % de réalisation des objectifs EBITDA* par rapport à 93 % pour les autres sociétés),
  2. ont des taux de renouvellement de leur personnel moins élevés (6 % de renouvellement par rapport à 9% pour le reste des organisations),
  3. ont un absentéisme plus faible (3,5 jours/employé par rapport à 5,5 jours/employé pour les autres).

Menée par Aon Hewitt en Europe centrale et de l'Est depuis 2001, cette étude identifie les entreprises qui se distinguent de leurs pairs de par la grande qualité et l'efficacité de leurs pratiques RH et qui en mesurent l'impact sur leurs résultats économiques. L'étude prend en compte à la fois la perspective de l'employeur et celle du salarié et utilise des indicateurs économiques pour fournir une vision objective.

L'étude Best Employers 2012  en chiffres :

  1. Huit pays : Bulgarie, République tchèque, Hongrie, Lituanie, Pologne, Russie, Slovaquie et Turquie.
  2. Plus de 400 entreprises
  3. Plus de 250 000 employés participants, dont 41 000 cadres supérieurs
  4. Plus de 2 600 dirigeants
  5. 29 Best Employers (trois classements établis en fonction de la taille de l'entreprise)

Un taux d'engagement des salariés en hausse

L'étude de cette année a révélé que le taux d'engagement des employés dans la région d'Europe centrale et de l'Est avait augmenté de 3 % depuis 2011, pour atteindre un niveau moyen de 58 %. Le taux d'engagement le plus élevé de la région se situe en Bulgarie (67 %), tandis que la Pologne enregistre le niveau le plus faible (48 %). Au sein des sociétés Best Employers, le taux d'engagement atteint 80 %, soit 22 % de plus que la moyenne régionale.

Malgré les différences entre les niveaux d'engagement des employés selon les pays, on observe certaines qualités communes et distinctes qui permettent de classer les Best Employers à part. Magdalena Warzybok, CEE Engagement Practice Director chez Aon Hewitt, analyse :
