NEW YORK, Nov. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: ARCP) announced today that, pursuant to the prior authorization of its board of directors, the Company has declared its fourth consecutive quarterly increase to its annual distribution from $0.890 to $0.895 per share per annum to be paid monthly to stockholders of record at the close of business on the 8th day of each month, payable on the 15th day of such month. Accordingly, the Company's December 2012 dividend will be paid on December 15, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 8, 2012, in an amount equal to $0.07458 per share.
