BlackRock(R) Announces Final November Distributions on Certain Exchange-Traded Funds

BlackRock Investments Canada Inc., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. Unitholders of record on November 29, 2012 will receive cash distributions payable on December 6, 2012. Details of the "per unit" distribution amounts are as follows:

The ex-dividend date for all ETFs is November 27, 2012, except for the iShares Premium Money Market Fund (CMR/CMR.A) which has an ex-dividend date of November 29, 2012.
