BOSTON, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/20/12 -- The publisher of quick-service restaurant news trends and insights via Quick Serve Leader and Chain Pulse magazines said it will launch a new digital edition for its 4,000 recurring readers, Quick Serve Leader Digital. As an extension of the popular online version of Quick Serve Leader, foodservice publisher Kandessa Media will launch bi-monthly digital issues starting with the December "Global Influences and Online Ordering" issue next month."
Through its new digital news and insights program, Kandessa Media is strengthening its digital information services already launched this quarter for QSR (Quick-Serve Restaurant) C-suite execs, franchisees, operators and their managers, through Chain Pulse magazine.
Readers of the digital version of Quick Serve Leader will be able to view it online and on mobile devices (January), and can print, bookmark and download digital articles.
Information on the first three issues was released as follows:
- December - Global Influences and Online Ordering (People Development insert)
- February - Pizza Trends and Franchising, Using Technology to Boost QSR Sales
- April - Burger Trends and Loyalty Marketing
"Kandessa's digital push for its QSR news and insights gives readers the flexibility of viewing it at their own pace and convenience," says Rick Zambrano, managing publisher. "Given the restaurant industry's desire for a fresh perspective and new choice in QSR business intelligence, we're proud to bring these products to top-level management in the segment."
New Ad Programs
The integrated marketing program allows cut-above advertisers and marketers to chain and independent quick-serve restaurateurs to launch a single campaign across all online and digital issues.
Through its Channels Program, advertisers can place direct response and embedded video ads in the digital issues.
Growth of a 'Fresh' Choice in QSR Business Intelligence
Focusing its content and expertise on the Northeast Corridor, Quick Serve Leader's 4,000 unique monthly reader reach already makes it the second-most read online resource for innovation topics in menu, marketing, tech and operations for top-level fast food and fast casual management, when measured by U.S. market readership.
