The event spanned three days at the Antlers Hilton Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs, November 8-10, 2012. Over 100 stores were represented, mostly by the owners themselves, who enjoyed 22 scheduled activities, including roundtable sessions, training classes and 'hands-on' opportunities.

In addition to three Advisory Council meetings by market type (party, general tool, and heavy equipment), the owners were also able to vote on new features and improvements for the next annual revision of Alert EasyPro.

Attendees were also treated to a sneak preview of its latest new revision (V15), scheduled for release in March 2013, and 11 new "optional" software products that are now ready for beta testing or were already released since last year's conference.
