NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/19/12 -- ad:tech, in partnership with Gap, Unilever, GE and Target, is excited to announce the winners of its Startup Spotlight Series: Idomoo, Placed, Point Inside and LeadSift.
These four global brands partnered with ad:tech to find the most innovative new companies in digital marketing. The competition launched in August, with each brand hunting for a specific solution: Gap Shopper Marketing, Unilever Mobile Commerce, GE Data & Analytics and Target Social Video & TV.
Over a hundred startups entered, but only sixteen were chosen as finalists. The finalists pitched live, on-stage at ad:tech New York, and the stakes were high. In addition to winning the ad:tech Innovation Award, the chosen startups would potentially get new business -- as they were competing to take their pitches in-house to their respective brands. Idomoo, Placed, Point Inside and LeadSift exceeded all expectations to become Startup Spotlight Series winners at the New York show.
