PEPCOM — Cozi is now serving Dinner Decider, a new meal-planning app that delivers personalized dinner plans to your iPhone each week. Dinner Decider was designed to make getting dinner on the table easier, and unlike recipe apps, it’s smart—it learns a family’s likes and dislikes through its proprietary recipe recommendation engine and selects weekly plans that are increasingly personalized. Not only is Dinner Decider a time-saver, the recipes are provided by the meal-planning experts at Relish!, so they’re as tasty as they are simple and affordable.
To get started with Dinner Decider, download the app from the link below and input your preferences—the types of food you prefer (Vegetarian? Low-calorie?) and the kitchen tools you own. Every week, Dinner Decider generates a new dinner plan with five weekday recipes, plus two extras for some flexibility. One click adds the necessary ingredients to your shopping list. A simple “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” after dinner activates the proprietary recipe recommendation engine. Each week, Dinner Decider gets even better at personalizing the dinner plan as it learns what your family enjoys eating.
Cozi CEO Robbie Cape said, “Ninety percent of families want to cook dinner at home more often, but deciding what to have can be a time-consuming hassle, especially when you’re juggling a busy family life. In fact, 34 percent of parents in a recent Cozi survey told us that deciding what to cook is their least favorite household chore.” He added, “We designed Cozi Dinner Decider to eliminate dinnertime chaos so families can focus on what’s important—enjoying those meals together.”
Two customized Cozi Dinner Decider meal plans are available for free, and users can subscribe to get weekly dinner plans and continual access to their recipe preferences. Dinner Decider subscriptions are available as an in-app purchase, at $14.99 for three months or at a low, introductory price of $29.99 for one year (40 percent off the regular annual price).
Cozi Dinner Decider is available now in the iTunes App Store at: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cozi-dinner-decider/id567798458?mt=8
