PC Mall Gov, Inc., a subsidiary of PC Mall, Inc. (NASDAQ:MALL), a leading technology solutions provider, today announced that it was awarded a Delivery Order by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under NASA’s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement IV (NASA SEWP IV) contract to provide Cisco networking equipment, maintenance and engineering services. The contract, which is available to all of the Department of Justice agencies, is forecasted to have a potential value for all awardees of up to $800M over the next five years.
“PC Mall Gov is truly appreciative of the confidence that the FBI Contracting and Program Teams have placed in our ability to execute the requirements of this program. We have great respect for the critical nature of this program in maintaining and growing a secure network across the United States and offices abroad,” said Alan Bechara, President, PC Mall Gov.
The final awards were comprised of requirements under four separate Contract Line Items (CLIN’s) for a period of one year + four (4) option years. The requirements include: (1) maintenance on existing and new Cisco equipment for the FBI; (2) professional services on existing and new Cisco equipment for the FBI; (3) new product purchases for both FBI and the larger Department of Justice, and (4) maintenance on product purchases made by Department of Justice (excluding FBI) under CLIN 3.
PC Mall Gov was the sole awardee for CLIN’s 1 and 2 and was the primary awardee for CLIN 3, which will allow PC Mall Gov to receive any delivery order under CLIN 3 that is under $1 million. PC Mall Gov will be allowed to compete with multiple other awardees on CLIN 3 for requirements anticipated to be greater than $1 million.
