07 Nov 2012 - SERHS Tourism, international supplier of B2B services to travel agents and tour operators, announced today that it has selected Triometric to deliver valuable business intelligence to support its international expansion.
The Spanish wholesaler has recently partnered with major international third party suppliers to extend their distribution model and significantly expand the global destinations and hotel properties on offer from their inventory. Their new distribution model will be based on accurate mixing of direct contracting and XML portfolio acquisitions.
Nicolas Lleixa, CMO of SERHS Tourism, explains "These improvements will allow us to dramatically improve our property portfolio providing customers with fantastic quality of choice for new destinations in Europe and the Mediterranean area. At the same time, Triometric will help us deliver value to our extensive distribution network by proving deeper knowledge of customer needs and purchasing behaviour."
Triometric will provide SERHS critical visibility over their growing international demand to optimise their strategies, assist with managing their product inventory, validate key business decisions and continue to improve service levels.
Llexia continues, "[Triometric's] Web Services Analyzer is the only technology in the market that can extract, process and store the millions of XML requests we process each day and provide us with the actionable business intelligence we want in real time."
Albert Cadena, CIO of SERHS Tourism adds "Triometric will support our global operational management function to ensure we meet ambitious growth objectives, consolidate our infrastructure around our new party suppliers and at the same time deliver exceptional service levels to our clients.
Triometric was nominated "Best Technology Supplier of the Year" in last year's Travolution Awards and has been selected by PhoCusWright to compete for this year's most game-changing travel innovation.
PhoCusWright's Innovation Summit can be watched streaming live from Phoenix Arizona on Tuesday Nov 13th at http://phocuswrightconference.com/streaming.
