Office Depot® (NYSE : ODP), l’un des principaux fournisseurs mondial d’articles et services de bureau, annonce aujourd’hui le lancement Viking Direct à travers l’Europe. Viking Direct est le canal de distribution par correspondance d’Office Depot en Europe et propose plus de 15.000 articles à ses clients TPE/PME.

Un nouveau site internet pour Viking Direct, pour un achat simplifié

L’utilisation, la structure améliorée, ainsi que la navigation simplifiée du nouveau site permettent aux clients Viking Direct d’accéder rapidement à leurs articles favoris (fournitures de bureau, papeterie, agenda, calendrier, imprimantes, cartouches et consommables informatiques…) En outre, le nouveau site d’achat de fournitures en ligne permettra aux clients de trouver en quelques clics leurs articles et marques préférées, avec en exclusivité les articles d’écriture Foray, la nouvelle marque de Office Depot.

Les améliorations du nouveau site web Viking Direct comprennent :

  • Des menus de défilement simplifiés et plus intuitifs;
  • Définir, maintenir et conserver ses listes d’achats, en vue de simplifier le processus d’achats;
  • Optimisation des listes d’articles par prix et par classement;
  • Un menu “Achats de A à Z” par nom d’article, par marque et par type;
  • Des encarts de vérification qui permettent aux clients de voir des marques multiples, des gammes de prix et d’autres attributs aidant à trouver des produits plus rapidement;
  • Voir le contenu de son panier a tout moment, à partir de n’importe quelle page, grâce au lien « voir panier » en haut de la page;
  • Trouver et commander rapidement la cartouche d’encre correspondant à son imprimante, en seulement 2 étapes très simples grâce à la nouvelle application “ink finder”
