Mimosa Systems announced that InfoWorld has identified Mimosa NearPointTM as a key recovery and archiving solution for companies that need long-term data protection, retention management and eDiscovery for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.

In his October 7, 2009 article, “Don't be caught without a SharePoint recovery solution,” Peter Bruzzese comments, “Like Public Folders for Exchange, SharePoint has become a dumping ground for all sorts of content.
