SpringCM Adds Eight New Partners in Most Recent Quarter

Leading SaaS Content Management Platform Enhanced With New Resellers and Solutions Partners

SAN MATEO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/31/09 -- SpringCM announced today the addition of eight new partners in the past quarter to its growing partner community. In addition to five new resellers, three of the eight partners are creating templated applications that will be sold directly by those partners through SpringCM's Solutions Central marketplace (www.springcm.com/solutions). Solutions Central partners undergo extensive training and participate in a collaborative process in which SpringCM reviews and assists with application requirements, definition and creation of the application templates.

New partner additions to the SpringCM's Solutions Central marketplace:

Modern Media, of Westlake, Ohio, has introduced a solution to manage documents in an ISO 9000 compliance environment. According to Mark Mutch, President, "Modern Media is thrilled to be partnering with SpringCM. The SpringCM platform will enable us to offer cost-effective electronic records management to our existing customer base and expand our focus in the area of documentation controls and processes for regulatory compliance. Thanks to SpringCM we can enable our clients to tap into the power of distributed document management on a platform that can grow with them. With SpringCM and our focus on documentation controls for regulatory compliance, our clients will be able to improve efficiency and lower their cost of compliance at the same time."

Stria, of Bakersfield, CA, is a nationwide provider of document lifecycle services. The company's core competencies include document conversion, scan-on-demand records management and Software as a Service (SaaS) content management solutions. Stria has deployed a number of SpringCM implementations and in Q4 2009 will go to market with a document management solution for law firms. The solution will exist only on the SpringCM platform and will streamline the correspondence management process for small and midsized firms that focus on family law. According to Stria CEO Jim Damian, "Stria's solution is currently being beta tested in one of Central California's fastest growing family law firms. With SpringCM, we finally have a cost-effective platform to rapidly deploy a solution that integrates with traditional practice management tools."

CTO 24/7, of Houston, Texas, is a noted provider of technology and business process outsourcing solutions. CTO 24/7 is currently developing a complete Realtor® solution based on the SpringCM platform that will allow Real Estate Brokers and Agents to migrate to a paperless environment while increasing productivity with automated tasks and reducing errors through standardized office processes. The solution will eliminate the problems of paper-based documentation by streamlining the entire list-to-close process.

"CTO 24/7 has a long history of working with real estate companies and creating technology solutions for large players in the industry," said Michael Parkan, CEO of CTO 24/7. "In order to create real value for the brokers and agents, we needed to create a solution that would provide a low total cost of ownership, easily scale enterprise wide and deliver fast return on investment. The cloud computing (SaaS) model that SpringCM is built upon provided the optimal platform for us to create the best solution."

Dan Carmel, CEO of SpringCM, stated, "The addition of eight new partners in one calendar quarter demonstrates the growing acceptance of the SaaS model for the channel. Our five new resellers will help us deliver services in new areas that help solve customers' problems. The growing momentum of our solutions partnership program and the addition of an average of one solution partner every month expands the number of pre-built applications available to SpringCM customers in a number of important industries. SaaS is not only transforming how customers buy and use ECM technology but also how the channel delivers ECM, and gains competitive advantage as a result."
