Victor Mushkatin, MCSD, MCSE is the cofounder and CTO of AVIcode, Inc. Mr. Mushkatin holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and has developed numerous business-critical applications over the past 10 years for the financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications industries. He has been working closely with Microsoft's Development Division and Windows Enterprise Management Division since 2001, incorporating .NET application management into Microsoft's Visual Studio and MOM products. Victor can frequently be heard speaking at various .NET User's Groups, and is in the process of coauthoring a book entitled Developing Manageable Applications Using Visual Studio .NET and Microsoft Operations Manager: Design for Manageability.
